Failed Logic

Ameri Environmental was a competitor of Dynamic Process Industries (DPI) (See Alumni- DPI).  In the quick reacquisition of DPI, in order to relieve the stress to DPI customers having been ignored by Thermatrix, InAmerica acquired Ameri Environmental’s product line as it sought to increase its own product lines- so that it could stand on it own as an independent entity.  Later, InAmerica also attempted to outsource the manufacture of the equipment as it had no manufacturing facility.

Unfortunately,  ExoGear could not achieve critical mass with its sales to survive as an independent entity.    In a mutually desired settlement, InAmerica and Ameri Environmental’s parent company agreed to complete rescission of the original acquisition of the Ameri Environmental product lines and the Outsource Manufacturing Agreement, so that both parties could sever ties amicably.
