Atlas Tower Proposes Move to Miami Industrial Park To Address Major Increase In Tower Sales

Tulsa, OK- August 25, 1982 -  Atlas Tower Corporation announced today it had negotiated two TV broadcast leases as its unique lease program continues to attract new business for the company.  Atlas has formed a new financial subsidiary, Cashflex Corporation to operate all leased tower projects.  In the first negotiation, Atlas agreed in principle with the Independence Broadcasting Corporation of Des Moines, Iowa, to lease two towers as part of a lease package including (1) a 1,470’ guyed broadcast tower and (2) a 140’ self-supporting transmission tower.  The towers are to be part of a master lease valued at more than $700,000.  Another lease was negotiated with Media Central of Columbus GA, for a 1,100‘ Model G-72 TV broadcast tower valued at more than $240,000.

Atlas Tower CEO, C. Gus Cristo said, “We’ve been inundated with inquiries from broadcasters wishing to negotiate total studio lease packages.  Our only potential limitation is the credit lines that limit the number of projects we can negotiate.

Atlas Tower is an operating unit of InAmerica Consulting, which is an Oklahoma-based turnaround consultancy.
