InAmerica Announces New Electronic Communications Product
Tulsa, OK- December 5, 1983 - InAmerica Consulting today announced its new commercial application utilizing the groundbreaking videotex technology. The new product offering, once developed, will offer a box that is connected to a subscriber’s TV set and their phone line. Utilizing the TV, a subscriber can receive and send information to others. The potential uses include electronic, education, shopping, and email communication without the use of a PC. The most dramatic feature of InAmerica’s product is a powerful form of home-banking that will facilitate all banking transactions to be made from one’s living room.
InAmerica hopes to negotiate a joint venture with other firms already developing videotex ventures on their own.
