InAmerica Class A Common Shares Begin Trading On NASDAQ Bulletin Board


Phoenix, AZ - December 12, 1996 -  InAmerica Corporation (NASDAQ BB: INAO), announced today that its Class A Common shares began trading on the NASDAQ Bulletin Board. The shares are offered through market maker, Public Securities, Inc. based in Spokane, WA.  InAmerica common shares originally were traded on the OTC pink sheets before going dormant in the 1982 recession.
