Don Alt / Gamut Merges With Another Gamut Agency


New York, NY- November 1, 1974-  Don Alt / Gamut, Inc., an advertising agency, today announced that it had merged with another New York ad agency,  Gamut Associates, Inc., with the surviving entity being Don Alt / Gamut, Inc.   Donald R. Alt and Peter Eurich, as president of their respective companies agreed that the newly merged company would be renamed in the coming months to, Gamut Agency, Inc.  In 1972, an affiliate of Gamut Associates was merged with the Company.


Don Alt / Gamut, Inc. is a publicly traded, New York-based company that operates a public relations, general advertising and publicity business.  The Company’s shares trade on the Over The Counter Pink Sheets.
