InAmerica’s MediaMax Productions Unit Merges with Desperado, LLC to Develop Film Projects
SAN DIEGO, CA -- November 1, 2002-- InAmerica, Corporation (INAO) today announced that it had merged its MediaMax Productions Unit with a new entertainment company to produce a series of lower-budget feature films. The move was to capitalize on MediaMax’s experience in production experience with efficiencies brought about by strict project management, usually founding lacking in such film projects.
C. Gus Cristo, InAmerica’s CEO, stated,”We’re looking at teaming with a filmmaker that we’ve worked with in the past, to produce our first feature-length film project.”
