InAmerica Outsources Manufacture of ExoGear Unit’s Product Lines


Dallas, TX  - November 18, 1999 - InAmerica Corporation (NASDAQ BB: INAO), a buyout specialty firm, announced today that it has entered into an Master Supply Agreement that effectively outsources the manufacture of its ExoGear remediation equipment.  The move follows the acquisition of the business and product lines of Ameri Environmental, Inc., a privately held manufacturer of environmental equipment last month. ExoGear will  operate as a marketer of remediation products. ExoGear was formed in August when the Company acquired Dynamic Process Industries, a manufacturer of water-related environmental equipment. The transaction was treated as an asset purchase for accounting purposes."Ameri Environmental’s product lines of belt skimmer and reclamation devices, substantially broadened ExoGear’s position as a leading environmental specialty manufacturer," said C.
