Don Alt Agency Announces Merger with Gamut


New York, NY- October 31, 1972-  Don Alt & Associates, Inc., an advertising agency, today announced that it had merged with another New York ad agency,  Gamut Account Services, Inc., with the surviving entity being Don Alt & Associates, Inc.   Donald R. Alt and Arthur G. Ward, as president of their respective companies agreed that the newly merged company will be renamed, Don Alt / Gamut, Inc.


Don Alt & Associates, Inc. is a publicly traded, New York-based company that operates a public relations, general advertising and publicity business.  The Company’s shares trade on the Over The Counter Pink Sheets.
